Company Overview: A leading building contractor with a busy and expanding workload, seeking to strengthen their team with a Preconstruction Design Manager for Industrial & Distribution projects.
Requirements: To be considered, candidates should have:
* Knowledge of the Building Sector.
* Experience as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.
* Experience on general build construction projects is also considered.
* Previous employment with a Main Contractor is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc.).
Location: Northamptonshire office, with some remote work available.
Remuneration: The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), car allowance, pension, and bonuses.
