A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Event Construction Supervisor to join a leading events company delivering temporary seating and structures for some of the UK's most prestigious sporting and entertainment events.
Are you experienced in temporary event structures, seating, staging, or scaffolding? Do you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments, leading small teams and seeing your work come to life at major events across the country?
This well-established company works on a wide range of events, from cricket and rugby tournaments to theatre productions, concerts, and festivals. With a busy pipeline of upcoming projects, they're looking for a practical, motivated Supervisor who can take the lead on temporary installations nationwide.
In this role, you'll oversee site builds and breakdowns, manage both crews and subcontractors, and ensure full health & safety compliance. You'll liaise directly with clients, ensuring every structure is built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on position where you'll bring designs to life, working across a variety of events and venues, travelling nationwide with all accommodation and allowances provided.

The Role:
1. Supervise temporary seating, staging, and event structure installations
2. Lead teams and manage subcontractors on-site
3. Oversee inductions, RAMS, and all Health & Safety compliance
4. Build, dismantle, and check installations against design plans
5. Client-facing - ensuring smooth and safe project delivery
The Person:
6. Experienced Supervisor from events, staging, seating, or scaffolding backgrounds
7. SSSTS / SMSTS and CSCS essential
8. Strong Health & Safety knowledge and on-site leadership experience
9. UK driving licence - willing to travel and stay away when required
10. Hands-on, practical, team-focused, and motivated to deliver outstanding events
