Job Description:
We are working with a well-established legal firm seeking a Debt Recovery Customer Executive to join their busy Collections and Recovery team in Maidstone.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in Customer Service or Call Centre work who is seeking a new challenge and career change.

* Excellent written and verbal customer service skills, with a preference for communication via telephone
Main duties include:
* Managing and taking responsibility for debt recovery cases
* Researching and analyzing cases to determine the best course of action
* Preparing documents and outgoing correspondence
* Communicating with debtors to find constructive solutions
* Ensuring timely debt collection
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including English and Mathematics; additional qualifications are desirable
Working hours: 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern alternating between 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm
Salary: £19,016 with an OTE of approximately £28,000
