Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, hybrid
Office location: Staverton (Cheltenham) or Cardiff
We are seeking a dynamic individual to help lead our team of Private Client experts. If you are passionate, driven, and ready to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, including partnerships, sole traders and high net worth individuals
* Support Partners on advisory projects and implementation of complex tax planning arrangements for farmers and landowners, including capital gains tax, inheritance tax and succession planning
* Effectively manage, motivate, mentor and develop other members of the tax team and offer a professional role model, as well as working closely with the Farms and Estates accounts team
* Actively develop the business, winning work by proactively managing existing clients, and targeting new clients
* Advise commercial farming businesses on both business and personal tax issues

Requirements:
* CTA and ACCA/ACA qualified
* An interest in the rural and agriculture sector would be an advantage
* Well-developed supervisory, coaching and motivating staff skills
* Interested in capital taxes and trusts
