Overview

Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher with over 80 titles and more than 2 billion downloads. Our proprietary Homa Lab platform combines market intelligence, data tools, and AI to help studios spot ideas early and scale games fast. As a User Acquisition Lead, you will drive growth and player acquisition across our mobile game portfolio.


Responsibilities

* Design and execute A/B testing initiatives, ensuring insights are shared across teams and used to improve performance.
* Manage significant paid UA budgets for a portfolio of mobile games played by millions worldwide, optimizing spend efficiency and maximizing returns.
* Develop, execute, and monitor the user acquisition strategy using social networks, ad networks, DSPs, Apple Search Ads, influencers, social & search, and organic channels.
* Steer and optimize performance through key metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention), analyzing results across networks, campaigns, and countries to provide actionable insights.
* Build and nurture relationships with top advertising partners, identifying negotiation opportunities and strategic collaborations.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, user behavior shifts, and industry best practices.


Requirements

* Strong hands‑on experience in mobile gaming UA, ideally focused on casual or IAP‑driven strategies.
* Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including MMPs, mediation partners, analytics solutions, and UA platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, SDK ad networks, DSPs, etc.).
* Analytical strength and data‑driven mindset: proficiency with UA analytical tools and techniques to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
* Proven ability to take initiative and deliver results in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align stakeholders and drive shared objectives.
* Bonus: knowledge of monetization strategies and how UA interacts with them.
