The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for quoting and closing sales. The Company expects the Inside Salesperson to provide the highest level of customer service to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Support and coordinate responses for all requests from assigned customers.
2. Communicate product specifications, applications, and life cycle.
3. Assist customers in determining the best solutions for their needs.
4. Respond to customer requests for information.
5. Manage online inventory and email communications daily.
6. Provide information on product availability and pricing.
7. Telephonically engage prospects to identify contacts, qualify leads, and drive sales pipeline.
8. Stay informed on industry changes and developments.
9. Keep management updated on all activities, including timely report preparation.
10. Collaborate with Support, Community Management, Account Management, and Business Development teams.
11. Participate in related projects as assigned.
