Job Summary
An Established Hotel in Ilford is seeking energetic individuals to fulfill Front Desk / Receptionist position.
Duties:
- Processing check-ins and check-outs
- Managing reservations
- Responding to emails
- Handling the telephone switchboard for incoming calls and reservations
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Customer care skills
Experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
