Join Bath Spa University's Innovation and Enterprise Hub as a Studio Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the strategic development and smooth operation of The Studio. This dynamic position involves building management, coordinating events, managing logistics, and fostering a vibrant creative community. (This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract that will be reviewed annually).


About the Role


As our Studio Coordinator you will keep our space running smoothly and support our vibrant Resident community. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations including bookings, access, and logistics, assist with onboarding and engagement, and help plan and deliver events and workshops. You'll provide essential administrative support to Studio and Project Managers, maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to the marketing and promotion of Studio activities.


About You

* Experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within a creative, educational, or enterprise environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to fostering inclusive and creative environments
* Experience supporting income-generating or externally funded projects
* Familiarity with creative industries, innovation hubs, or co-working spaces
* Understanding of stakeholder engagement and partnership development
* Experience in event planning and delivery


Additional Information


Salary: Grade 4, starting from £26,707 rising to £28,778 per annum

The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract that will be reviewed annually.

Interviews: 22th December

Please note that as of April 2024, there has been a change in the UK's sponsorship threshold. Regrettably as the salary for this role falls beneath this, you will not be eligible for sponsorship therefore your application will automatically be rejected.
