Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage strategic sourcing strategies for Capital, Engineering, and MRO categories in line with Global strategies.
2. Partner with manufacturing sites to deliver tailored procurement solutions
3. Create and implement innovative and sustainable procurement strategies aligned with business needs to drive value creation.
4. Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation, share information, and support the execution of the annual business plan.
5. Negotiate global Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and manage complex sourcing and contracting events efficiently.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
6. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
7. Required Experience: At least 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, stakeholders’ management and supplier management within a large organization.
8. Top 2 skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent negotiation and communication skills.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
9. Experience in Capital, Engineering and Capex Project Procurement strategies.
10. Demonstrated success in delivering sourcing strategies, RFXs, and commercial contracting.
11. Proven ability to drive procurement best practices and sustainability initiatives.
12. Strong business acumen.
13. Excellent stakeholders’ management
14. Strong project management skills: experience in managing Capital and Engineering procurement projects, ability to prioritize multiple tasks across various projects.
15. Strong market knowledge and experience in managing complex negotiations.
16. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
17. Travel: Possible overnight domestic or international travel up to 10% for site and supplier visits.
