UK Academy Coordinator
The Optronic & Missile Electronics (OME) UK College Coordinator & Engagement Lead will support talent development and engagement within the OME College team. The role is vital to upskilling, developing, and retaining talent in line with company strategy.
Responsibilities
* Provide business admin support and manage College enquiries.
* Coordinate Training Calendar with leads and trainers.
* Assist with events, onboarding, and inductions.
* Track and report on initiatives and KPIs, and produce records.
* Foster relationships with partners and internal teams and promote success stories on social media.
* Lead projects and ensure alignment with Academy activities.
* Support employee recognition and engagement events.
* Work with Internal Communications to boost engagement.

* Skilled in virtual tech and MS Office.

Security Clearance Requirement

It would be advantageous if currently held; however, if not, the successful applicant must undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment. To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
