Role
* Performing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems, including boilers, heating plants, and ventilation equipment.
* Using expertise to conduct detailed fault-finding and analysis on mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure efficient and lasting repairs.
* Being responsible for ensuring all work meets legal and safety standards, which includes completing risk assessments and accurately documenting all job details using handheld technology.
* Participating in an on-call rota to provide essential support during emergency callouts and critical system failures.
* Supervising subcontractors, ensuring their work adheres to project specifications and safety standards.
What You'll Need
* You must hold valid certifications, including COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, and CODNCO1.
* A strong background in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gas boilers and heating systems.
* A full UK driving licence is essential for this mobile role.
* The ability to complete accurate documentation and ensure all work meets legal and safety standards.
* A proactive attitude and the willingness to support colleagues and participate in an on-call rota.
