A busy manufacturing company in the Cookstown area is seeking a Production Administrator to support the smooth coordination of daily production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys keeping processes on track. Working at the centre of the production team, you will support planning and scheduling, liaise with internal departments, maintain accurate production data and reporting, and help ensure materials and resources are available when needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update production schedules. Coordinate with Procurement, Sales Order Processing, Logistics and Production teams. Monitor production progress and support schedule adjustments. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and databases. Manage documentation including work orders, BOMs and inventory records. Monitor raw material levels, raise purchase requests and track material usage. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote health & safety standards. What Were Looking For: Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Confidence using scheduling, reporting and database systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities. Previous experience in manufacturing, production or administration is an advantage.
