Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, A large, European based manufacturer of Carpets and Flooring products in their search for a Sales Representative to cover The Midlands and South West (M5 Corridor) and South Wales. Product Range includes woven area rugs, wall-to-wall carpets and residential carpet tiles wall-to-wall contract carpet and commercial carpet tiles and needle felt and technical non-wovens. They are seeking an experienced Technical / Contract Sales Professional to call on Existing Clients and New Business Opportunities in the South West Region, South Wales, West Midlands areas. Job Specification: · As sales Representative, you manage all aspects of servicing the existing customer base to include West Midlands M5 corridor, South West and South Wales; · You develop, plan and execute sales strategies within assigned distribution accounts and end user accounts to gain targeted market share; · You establish, develop, strengthen and maintain establish relationships at all levels of your accounts / prospects; · You support commercial dealer channel strategies and relationships to fully maximize contracting opportunities and market coverage; · You manage all aspects of day-to-day account management. · Within the company you build on strong relationships with other departments and you are a promotor of information and experience exchange throughout the company. · You report to the key account and new business development manager UK. The Person: · You have a proven track record in a B2B or B2C commercial role (5 years in carpets is preferable, not essential). · Affinity with the distribution market and experience in the flooring industry are a plus. · You show attention to details and you have the ability to plan your day well. · A Can Do Attitude · Self-starter with strong communication & interpersonal skills who feels comfortable interacting with other people.
