Recruitment Administrator - Ramsgate
Location: Ramsgate Office / Hybrid

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping things organised. You will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day operations and ensuring processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and updating candidate records on our CRM
2. Formatting CVs and documents to company standard
3. Liaising with clients and candidates
4. Posting job adverts across various platforms and website
5. Social Media and Blog creation and scheduling
6. General administrative duties to assist consultants
What We're Looking For:
7. Previous admin experience (recruitment experience a bonus but not essential)
8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Confident communicator, both written and verbal
10. Ability to multitask and manage priorities
11. Proficient in MS Office and Outlook as well as comfortable learning new systems
12. Experience with Canva and Mailchimp is desired, but not essential
