We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear, and Networks team based in the South West of the UK.
Location
South West UK, hybrid working available, with travel to offices and sites as required.
Hours
37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work within the Natural Resources, Nuclear, and Networks team, partnering with management team members in these areas (specifically in the South West region) to provide an innovative, effective, and customer-focused service.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Supporting the Head of HR in managing the implementation of a commercially focused, legally compliant people plan aligned with the business strategy.
2. Partnering with operational and functional leaders as a credible and trusted advisor, developing solutions to support business strategy.
3. Coordinating and managing all Employee Relations activities within designated areas, coaching managers through processes as required.
4. Collaborating with Talent & Acquisition partners and managers to develop hiring strategies and implement continuous improvements.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal for you if:
* You are degree qualified (or qualified by experience), a high-potential HR professional with experience in business partnering within medium/large organizations.
* Experience working within an Alliance or JV environment is desirable.
* You have a good understanding of talent management, succession planning, leadership, and management development to support growth.
* You possess well-developed employee engagement and employee relations skills, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
