Requirements for Early Years Practitioners:
Hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification
Possess relevant Childcare Experience
Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for childcare
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Display reliability and attentiveness
Completion of Paediatric First Aid training is a plus
