The Role As the Individual Giving Officer, you will play a vital role in the Charitys ambitious plans to grow sustainable voluntary income over the next three years. Key in the development and management of the Charitys Individual Giving portfolio, which includes single, regular, payroll, and in-memory giving, you will have a direct impact on achieving key objectives and meeting ambitious income targets. This new position presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to make their mark and help shape the way our client raises funds through its individual giving channels. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising this position will lead on the development of the Individual Giving strategy. You will be instrumental in the strategic planning in addition to refining existing fundraising activities, implementing new fundraising initiatives and developing tailored stewardship journeys, all with the objective to acquire new donors and increase the value of existing donations or donation value of existing supporters. You will be dedicated to providing the best end-to-end supporter experience for both new and existing donors. You will be analytical, experienced and confident in data management to ensure data-led decisions are made. The Candidate Ideally, you will be an experienced fundraiser ideally with specific experience or exposure toIndividual Giving programs. You will be self-motivated and able to prioritise and work to deadlines. Your relationship building and interpersonal skills will be demonstrably strong, as will your ability to manage and manipulate data for project and decision-making purposes. The Terms This new position is being offered on a part-time basis, of 30 hours per week. A salary of up to £35K FTE is available, along with a range of benefits.
