About the Job
1. Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to drive growth across the existing beauty brand portfolio.
2. Take full ownership of the P&L for the UK/IR market and provide oversight for sales performance in the wider EU region.
3. Lead and manage all sales channels, including Direct Sales, Wholesale, and Distributor networks.
