This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Production Operator or Line Leader ready to take the next step — leading by example, maintaining standards, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and right first time. You won’t have direct people management responsibility, but you will be the operational lead within your section and a key support to the Production Shift Lead.
