The individual will be an ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant.Key responsibilities:* Engaging financial and non-financial stakeholders - acting as finance business partner* Variance analysis and associated commentary* Budgeting and forecasting* Represent finance and provide business / financial advice to senior business stakeholders* Cost analysis and reporting* Continuously improve processes and ensure compliance with procedures The individual:* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant* Strong academics* Exceptional communication skills; the gravitas and credibility to manage challenging stakeholders* A willingness and ability to understand operational challenges and the commercial acumen to make an impact.This opportunity is an entry point into an organisation with a multi-£bn turnover and massive career development potential.
