Join to apply for the Shop Manager role at The Children’s Society in Warwick. This is a permanent role with 37 hours per week, including weekends, located at the Warwick Shop. Salary: £25,760.

Responsibilities
 * Lead the shop team, including an Assistant Shop Manager and a diverse group of volunteers.
 * Maximise sales and net contribution by working with donated goods in a creative environment.
 * Drive fundraising and develop community engagement to build support for the shop.
 * Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all staff, volunteers and supporters.
 * Maintain high standards of store operations and customer service.
Requirements / Qualifications
 * Retail or Management experience preferred.
 * Strong people skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
 * Good communication skills both inside and outside the shop.
 * Driven and focused on achieving financial results while upholding safeguarding standards.
