Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned CQC Registered Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our service is always inspection-ready with up-to-date documentation and records.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and team management skills. They will also have in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage CQC inspections, ensuring the service is always inspection-ready with up-to-date documentation and records.
* Oversight of staff recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management to maintain a well-supported and motivated team.
* Implementation and monitoring of health and safety protocols, including risk assessments, infection control, and safeguarding practices.
* Maintenance of accurate service documentation, including care records, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
* Development and implementation of policies and procedures that maintain and improve care quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
* Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
