We’re the best at what we do and it’s all thanks to talented people like you. As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work - and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated person to join our Hampshire Team as a Customer Care Specialist, to help us set the standard.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you play an integral role in in business development and sales, including conducting consultations and onboarding new customers. This position also involves community engagement, networking and events.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing business development for your area
* Engaging with, and building relationships with, health professionals, charities, and key community contacts
* Researching and attending relevant events
* Conducting and converting new customer consultations
* Creating new customer care plans
* Managing the initial relationship with new customers ahead of their handover to the customer relationship manager.

Requirements
* Business development experience
* Care experience
* The drive and initiative to grow the business
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Experience of care sales is desirable
