An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to be part of a team supporting the first major merger within the Higher Education sector in a number of years. The post holder support and lead initiatives related to the integration and a focus on change narrative.
Job responsibilities include:
* Drive the delivery of change initiatives across a strategic portfolio, ensuring robust planning and successful execution
* Lead on change impact assessments and the development of change strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Professional Service Directors and Workstream Leads
* Design and deliver training and coaching programmes to strengthen change capability and support staff through transitions
* Champion cultural change initiatives, fostering behaviours and mindsets aligned with the future vision
* Proactively identify and manage risks and resistance to change through targeted action plans
Candidate profile:
* Relevant professional qualification in Change Management
* Proven experience leading change and business improvements within Higher Education, the NHS, or wider public sector
* Motivated by the people perspective of change
* Hands-on experience across the full change lifecycle, from diagnostics to implementation
* Ability to establish credibility with senior colleagues
Annual salary: £51,000 - £61,000
Contract type: Fixed Term for 12 months
Working hours: Full time
Location: Central London (hybrid working)
