The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join a dynamic and growing legal team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a diverse client base across sectors such as retail, leisure, healthcare, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Lawyer:
* Manage a broad caseload including landlord and tenant work, leases, assignments, and surrenders.
* Handle sales and purchases of commercial and investment properties, including sale and leaseback arrangements.
* Advise on secured lending and finance transactions linked to real estate deals.
* Participate in business development and networking activities to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Lawyer :
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
* Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and commitment to exceptional client service.
* Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Genuine enthusiasm for property law and ambition to progress within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.
