What We're Looking For Experience within Early Years (Nursery, Reception or EYFS support roles) A caring, enthusiastic and patient approach Strong understanding of child development and early learning Ability to lead learning and take initiative Reliability and a positive, team‑focused attitude Whether you have been an Early Years Practitioner, EYFS Teaching Assistant, Nursery Nurse, or similar-if you love working with little learners, we want to meet you.
