BASIC FUNCTION
Providing marketing communications support to the business in the UK, Ireland, and Singapore. The Marketing Executive will produce marketing collateral and content, organize online and face‑to‑face events, maintain regional websites, and manage social media.
Assisting the team to implement the UP Marketing Strategy across all marketing communications activities and campaigns in line with the marketing objectives.
The role suits candidates with marketing communications, event management, or marketing agency experience.
Specific Responsibilities
Event Management
* Support logistics for industry events, webinars, networking programmes, and reporting on event performance.
* Manage inventory of promotional items and event collateral.
* Attend UK events as required.
* Work with Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate event attendance.
Website Management
* Create event and product/service pages, upload and maintain documentation.
* Report monthly on website conversions and leads.
Marketing Communications
* Support content writing for marketing campaigns using key message documents and tools such as Copilot and Adobe Express.
* Create and report on monthly industry email campaigns through Salesforce systems.
* Plan, schedule, and measure social media content for two channels in three countries supported by the Marketing Manager and tools such as Hootsuite and Canva.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to create case studies by gathering information, writing, and presenting the content.
* Support the Marketing team in regular meetings with communications agencies.
Customer Experience
* Manage the Marketing inbox and direct internal queries.
* Add and segment contacts in the CRM system for marketing campaigns.
* Assist in mailing monthly surveys, reporting on customer satisfaction and feedback.
* Support monthly NPS reporting using the Satmetrix system.
* Help monitor and report on the LiveChat function on the website.
Marketing Support Activities
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support delivery of the marketing strategy.
* Assist with all ad‑hoc marketing requirements including:
o Monthly sales meeting reports
o Creating POs and aiding with budget spend
o Researching and managing promotional material
* Support optimisation of Salesforce Account Engagement benefits.
* Perform additional duties as required to support business goals.
