Role Purpose As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead the night shift team, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
