Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive – St Austell, Cornwall

What will you do?
* Advise on a mixture of civil & commercial litigation matters (not including clinical negligence or personal injury)
* Matters will be broad & include contentious probate, property litigation, shareholder disputes & more commercially focused disputes
* Advise both local and more nationally based clients
What will you need?
* To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* At least 2 years litigation experience
* Experience handling your own caseload
* Any supervisory experience would be beneficial, but not essential
