Locum Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Community Rehab (Wolverhampton)
16th June – 16th August 2025
We’re working with a fantastic Intermediate Care Team in Wolverhampton who are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join them on a locum basis this summer.
If you’re passionate about community rehab and reablement, confident working independently in clients’ homes, and love being part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team — this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a caseload of complex patients
* Carrying out OT assessments in clients’ homes
* Setting personalised rehab goals and treatment plans
* Collaborating with a caring and ambitious team
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in community-based OT
* A proactive, patient-centred approach
* Full compliance (NI, DBS, Certificate of Fitness)
* Available for the full contract duration
