Customer Service Advisor
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 monthly discretionary bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Customer Service Advisor – About our client:

As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You’ll be part of a supportive business that values teamwork, service excellence, and personal development, with opportunities to progress into other roles in the future.

Customer Service Advisor – Details:

1. Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
2. Monthly discretionary bonus linked to business targets
3. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an early finish on Friday
4. 25 days holiday your birthday off
5. Office-based role in Letchworth

Customer Service Advisor – Responsibilities:

6. Provide outstanding support by managing orders, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Handle customer communications via phone, email, and letters.
8. Conduct welcome calls for new orders and onboard customers using the in-house IT system.
9. Manage order amendments, payment plans, and replacement parts requests.
10. Schedule and confirm appointments for deliveries, maintenance, and technician visits.
11. Maintain accurate records, review daily orders, and follow up on open or on-hold items.

Customer Service Advisor – What We’re Looking For:

12. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
14. Empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach.
15. Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
16. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
17. Confident using IT systems and customer service tools.
18. A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
