The role involves overseeing two solo homes, based next to each other in Stapenhill in Burton On Trent. The organisation has been established for a few years and has other homes within the West Midlands area. They are growing and developing and are looking for a successful manager who can lead a new team and build upon this brand new home. You would shadow the Director in the first few weeks to provide support and guidance.
