Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
4. Provide actionable insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
5. Collaborate with various departments to understand and align financial objectives.
6. Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
7. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
8. Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
9. Assist in streamlining financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
11. Deliver insightful commercial performance reporting and dashboarding to support strategic decision-making.
12. Partner with senior stakeholders and joint ventures to identify opportunities for value creation.
13. Lead automation and reporting improvements in a BI-focused environment.
14. Support statutory reporting and ensure alignment with financial controls.
15. Drive system implementations and enhancements in collaboration with IT and finance teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A - Finance Business Partner should have:
16. Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
17. Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
18. Proven ability to build and automate dashboards using BI tools and SQL.
19. Experience in system implementations and partnering across functions.
20. Exposure to joint ventures and complex stakeholder environments.
21. Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
