My client, a highly respected and exciting global investment group, are looking for a confident and polished Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be supporting two senior leaders and working alongside an experienced, boutique team. This is an Executive Assistant role for someone who enjoys being a trusted partner, anticipating needs, staying two steps ahead, and creating calm and order.
The role - Executive Assistant
* Taking ownership of complex diaries and calendars, keeping priorities on track
* Coordinating international and domestic travel with precision and foresight
* Preparing polished documents, reports, and briefing packs for senior meetings
* Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the business
* Planning and delivering events that reflect the organisation’s professional image
* Providing occasional personal assistance to ensure a smooth work-life balance for the executives
You will/have - Executive Assistant
* A minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar EA or PA role
* Proven track record of supporting senior executives or board-level leaders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
* Strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
* A proactive problem-solver who thrives on staying one step ahead
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with sharp attention to detail
* Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international setting
* A positive, resilient team player with energy, humour, and a can-do mindset.
