Youll shape concepts, inspire stakeholders, and deliver designs that not only look incredible but also sell. Youll: Create standout packaging concepts backed by solid research and strong rationale Work closely with our Packaging Design Creative Manager and wider studio team Brief and collaborate with our photography team Art-direct projects (with support as you grow) Produce mood boards and style guides to bring ideas to life Liaise with artworkers and print specialists to ensure flawless production Support wider brand campaigns from POS to online creative ?? What You Bring Strong design instincts and a knack for quick, confident decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Creative flair with razor-sharp attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and independently Proactivity whether youre in the studio or working from home Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge) Understanding of design and print processes Art direction experience?
