The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in shaping positive first impressions for all visitors to our Centres.
Responsibilities
* Deliver efficient and professional frontline services to a diverse customer base, addressing a wide variety of inquiries both in person and over the phone.
* Provide a welcoming, helpful experience to visitors and resolve customer needs with initiative and problem-solving.
Hours, location and shift patterns
It is a 32-hour permanent part-time role. Monday to Thursday (12.45 PM – 9.15 PM).
Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM; reliability and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.
Requirements and qualifications
* Proven administration and communication skills, with the ability to use initiative to resolve problems and satisfy customers’ needs.
* Outgoing and enthusiastic nature, with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
Development and progression
We aim to upskill and progress your career, with opportunities to train and take on other functions within our centres such as Learn to Swim Instructor, Fitness Instructor or Recreation Assistant.
