Salary: £33,000 £45,000 (dependent on experience)

This is a key role in the school's Upper Key Stage 2 team and would suit a confident teacher who is passionate about preparing pupils for a successful transition to secondary school.
The Role
As the Year 6 Teacher, you will:
* Deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum, with a strong focus on SATs preparation and independent learning
* Support pupils' academic progress and personal development through effective planning, teaching, and assessment
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters high expectations and motivation
* Provide targeted support to close learning gaps and build confidence
* Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and the wider school team
* Contribute to the life of the school through clubs, trips, and enrichment activities
What We re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 6 or Upper KS2 pupils
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and Year 6 assessment frameworks (including SATs)
* A proactive, resilient, and reflective approach to teaching
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their best
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
