About the role:
You’ll be leading a Reception class, supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant and a strong early years team.
Your responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Supporting early phonics, communication, and social development
* Creating a safe and stimulating environment
* Building strong relationships with pupils and parents
* Monitoring progress and supporting individual development
What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A nurturing and creative teaching approach
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Passion for early childhood development
Working hours:
* Full-time
* 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Term-time only
