Key Responsibilities: Work under the guidance of teaching staff to support students in their learning. Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials to meet individual needs. Provide targeted support to students with a range of needs, including SEND. Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment. Support students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, both in and out of the classroom. Contribute to the monitoring and recording of student progress.
