Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship

Your role:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us for an 18‑month Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi‑Channel Marketing. You will be curious, creative and passionate about maximising this opportunity to kick‑start a career in Marketing. There are three vacancies.
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
* Help implement standard marketing procedures for repetitive tasks, such as updating marketing collateral and organising digital assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies, working under direct supervision.
* Document all marketing processes, tasks, and activities meticulously, maintaining detailed records for quality control, compliance, and future reference.
* Adhere to established marketing procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all assigned tasks, reviewing own work to identify and correct errors.
* Aid in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns by providing logistical and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organising materials, and tracking project progress.
* Assist in responding to internal and external requests for information by gathering relevant data and providing timely responses to stakeholders.
* Follow prescribed procedures and work instructions closely to complete routine marketing tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
The apprentice training plan and qualification:
* Work towards an Advanced Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketing apprenticeship, delivered by the training provider.
* Have a dedicated VQ Mentor and internal support from the manager.
* Develop a portfolio, attend workshop sessions and receive regular reviews.
* Apprenticeship work is completed during working hours, with one day per week of off‑job learning (college online).

* Relevant academic background or evidence of interest in marketing.
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
* Not currently holding or studying a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject.
* Familiar with MS Office suite and PowerPoint.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Creative and detail‑oriented.
