ü 4on/4off shift pattern (12hr shifts)

ü Salary £28k - £31k + Overtime

The Role

Based in our Helpdesk at HQ, you will be part of a busy and fast-paced Helpdesk.

The Helpdesk is the first point of contact for both customers and our officers. Exceptional customer service is paramount.

The Helpdesk is a vital function that supports both customers and officers.

ü Responding to the daily operations of a busy Helpdesk

ü Dispatching and managing the delivery of services for each shift

ü Liaising with Supervisors, Operations Managers and Directors.

ü Monitoring service delivery standards and response times.

ü Analysing inspection and fire reports

ü Ensuring the smallest details are adhered to, to consistently improve the customer experience

ü Ensuring follow up is actioned across all portfolios to ensure sites are up to date and issues are resolved and communicated to the customer

ü Support and direct field based officers and subcontractors during difficult or prolonged incidents.

ü Communicate professionally by telephone, email and other means.

ü Complete and provide detailed handovers to ensure business continuity

ü Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, including alarm response and customer enquiries

ü General Administration (mainly via a bespoke portal)

ü This role requires excellent attention to detail and does involve thinking about the task, planning the best course of action and focusing on the delivery, exceeding customers expectations on each occasion.

About you

ü Confident, clear and professional telephone manner

ü Strong attention to detail

ü Excellent listening skills

ü Ability to multi-task

ü Strong IT skills

ü Knowledge/experience of Elogbooks/CamFM/Vantify would be an advantage
