About the position:

We are looking for a motivated People and Culture Coordinator to join our customer focused team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or Human Resources Administrator keen to take the next step in their career.

This role is varied, fast paced and full of learning opportunities to be able to grow your career. You will work in the Business Partnering team and provide HR administrative support including onboarding and keeping our people systems up to date and accurate. You will gain exposure to all areas of People and Culture, helping you develop strong generalist skills to build your HR toolkit.

This position is based at Malvern, and is primarily office based, with some flexibility.

What you will get to do:

7. provide general P&C administrative support, including onboarding, offboarding, and preparing employment documentation

8. assist with data cleaning, process improvement initiatives, and P&C reporting tasks

9. support the team with P&C projects, including graduate programs

10. a customer service orientated person who thrives in a fast-paced environment

11. a detailed orientated professional with pro-active, can-do attitude

12. proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS platforms a bonus
