We're working with a well-established, design-led practice delivering fast-paced hospitality, commercial and brand rollout projects, who are looking for a new and experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, technically strong individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality drawing packages in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawings & coordinated packages
* Submit Planning, Building Regs & statutory applications
* Liaise with consultants, contractors & local authorities
* Support delivery of hospitality & brand rollout projects
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in a design/architectural environment
* Strong construction & detailing knowledge
* Experience in commercial or hospitality fit-outs
* Advanced AutoCAD (essential), Vectorworks beneficial
* Organised, proactive and confident in client-facing situations
The Details
Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid Working
AutoCAD essential | 3D software (eg Vectorworks) beneficial
