About the role:
You will run a varied common law practice with end-to-end carriage, including:
* Managing a caseload across common law/personal injury matters.
* Work on work injury damage, motor vehicle accident, medical negligence and public liability claims.
* Drafting and settling pleadings, evidence, advice, and other correspondence.
* Briefing counsel and liaising with medical and other experts.
The ideal candidate:
* 3+ years’ PQE in common law/personal injury (plaintiff experience preferred).
* Confident file management skills and strong technical fundamentals.
* Solid drafting and negotiation capability.
* A practical, client-first approach and good commercial judgment.
* Able to work in a busy practice.
