Job Title: Process Operator Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time (45 hours) Reporting to: Production Manager Purpose of the Job Communicate to Colleagues and other departments if there are any issues is achieving the plan Ensure Environmental management system is followed and adhered to complying with BS EN ISO 14001/50001 Ensure their shift is maintained to high level of H&S, and any issues are communicated in a timely manner and actions completed Maintain site processes/std in line with the UFAS code of practice Participate in the Tier accountability process and update the daily board To ensure that the working area is maintained to an acceptable std of Hygiene throughout shift Run the blending/pelleting and master weigh process in an efficient manner to deliver the production plan on time Communicate all issue/delays against the plan to colleagues and other departments Proactively reduce any areas that actively are generating waste Maintain the routine machine maintenance and cleaning schedules Optimise utilisation of finished product bin space About ForFarmers Do you ever stop to wonder where your Sunday morning poached egg came from?
