Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles. Key Responsibilities * Prepare vehicles and panels for paintwork, including masking, sanding, and priming. * Mix and apply paints to match manufacturer and customer specifications. * Use spray booths and equipment to deliver high-quality finishes. * Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and customer standards. * Work efficiently to achieve deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements * Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Painter within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. * ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential. * Strong knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching, and application techniques. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-class results. * Full UK driving licence.
