Role Responsibilities: Advising clients including regional and national contractors and developers, local and central government departments, registered providers in the commercial/private and public sectors. Providing construction-related procurement advice to public sector clients. Advising on all aspects of development through design and construction. Advising on asset management contracts and maintenance contracts. Advising on decarbonisation projects including SHDF and HUG funded schemes. Advising on infrastructure projects. Advising publicly funded housing organisations on development schemes and asset management arrangements. Providing construction due diligence support to real estate, corporate, and banking teams on acquisitions and disposals. Building and maintaining effective client relationships. Participating actively in marketing initiatives. Candidate Requirements: Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files independently where appropriate. Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in non-contentious construction (candidates with mixed contentious and non-contentious experience are encouraged to apply).
