Website Manager interim job to start ASAP for 3 months + Fully remote £ -£ ph PAYE including holiday pay As our Website Manager, you’ll be the digital expert across several websites and online platforms. From managing and enhancing our websites to leading on technical upgrades, SEO, and CMS migrations — your work will directly support our mission to inform, educate, and advocate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of several websites.
2. Manage third-party developers and ensure smooth technical operations.
3. Provide training and support to internal teams on content management.
4. Drive improvements in usability, accessibility, and user journeys.
5. Monitor analytics and SEO performance, reporting insights and rmendations.
6. Oversee potential CMS migrations and ensure seamless transitions.
7. Collaborate with marketing and IT to align digital strategy with organisational goals.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
8. Experience in website management and development.
9. Google Analytics and SEO experience best practice.
10. Strong understanding of HTML and web editing experience essential.
11. Knowledge of Kentico and Drupal CMS. Microsoft Office 365.
12. Experience of managing multiple websites, across different platforms (including Drupal).
13. Ability to keep up to date with the latest content marketing and digital trends.
14. Multitasking essential -able to run multiple projects
15. Experience of website security tools including CloudFlare and Mimecast or similar systems
16. Able to takeplex information and create engaging content for various channels and audiences
17. Exemplary written and verbalmunication skills
18. Project planning and delivery
19. Previous experience of website platform migration
20. Troubleshooting skills – resolving website errors/problems
21. Experience of working with a digital agency
22. Personal flexibility inmunication style and interpersonal relationships
23. Self-starter andpleter
24. Experience of working for a public sector organisation
