Due to a company growth, they are now looking to recruit an Operations Manageron a full time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operations, process mapping every stage and driving our commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and lead Operations and Warehouse teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget Drive and embed lean culture and continuous improvement methodologies throughout operations. Oversee project and warehouse planning, scheduling and workflow organisation to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Support workforce development including onboarding and training to build a motivated and skilled team. Lead improvements in the design and implementation of ERP systems with end-to-end integrated workflows. Develop and monitor operational performance metrics, driving live data capture and analysis of results to ensure improvements in quality, productivity and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with relevant industry health, safety, environmental & quality standards. Collaborate with the senior management team on strategic operational planning and business transformation efforts. Set up UK base for fitters and stock holding to improve costs and efficiencies for UK installs, recruiting and onboarding subcontract fitters as the business expands Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve business performance, streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making and drive innovation across the organisation. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in operations management within a fast paced environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing project and Warehouse teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Demonstratable knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Ability to oversee project planning, scheduling and operational workflow to meet quality standards and delivery timeframes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with management, Sales and Ops teams. Adaptability and resilience in managing change during organisational transformation or turnaround phases. Demonstrated awareness & experience using AI-driven tools or digital automation to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy or business insight, with a willingness to lead future AI system improvements and adoption initiatives.
