We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our manufacturing client's diverse and growing team.
This role will be based in Dungiven and reporting into the financial controller, the successful candidate will have:
1. Working knowledge of IT and computer skills including Microsoft Suite & Sage Line 50
2. Positive, Can-do attitude and the ability to be a team player
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Methodical approach to problem solving
Key Responsibilities:
5. Greet visitors in a professional manner, answering incoming phone calls and managing the generic company email addresses
6. Managing the sales ledger ensuring credit accounts are paid promptly
7. Submit VAT returns in both UK & ROI
8. Assist in quarterly stock counts and stock valuations
9. Ensure price systems are kept up to date
10. Maintain company records in respect of health and safety, fire safety and vehicle maintenance
11. Assist in other duties working in a dynamic and fast moving office eg, photocopying, printing and filing
This will be a full time/permanent position, working Monday-Thursday and a Friday 9am-4pm
Salary is starting at £24,000 but this is negotiable depending on experience!
